Mold Remediation and Demolition

After discovering some lingering water damage, this homeowner noticed visible signs of microbial growth. Our crews followed HEPA processes to remove the mold but some locations were too severely affected by both mold and water damage to be salvaged, thus some minor demo was required.

After the demolition was completed and cleaned up, our crews worked to remove all remaining water to prevent any future mold growth as standing water can be the perfect environment for spores to expand and grow. When this job was completed, an Industrial Hygienist (IH) was called out to assure the homeowner the mold spore count was lower than the air outside. Good job, guys!
